Role Overview
The Campaign Manager is responsible for planning, executing, managing, and optimisingmarketing campaigns across multiple channels to drive user acquisition, engagement,conversions, and brand awareness for YDPay.This role works closely with cross-functional teams including Creative, PerformanceMarketing, Product, Data, and Sales to ensure campaigns are aligned with business objectives,delivered on time and within budget, and continuously improved through data-driven insights.
Key Responsibilities
Campaign Planning & Management
• Plan and manage end-to-end marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels.
• Translate business and growth objectives into clear campaign briefs, timelines, and
execution plans.
• Ensure campaign messaging, targeting, and delivery are aligned with YDPay’s brand
and commercial goals.
Campaign Execution
• Coordinate campaign launches across channels, ensuring readiness of assets,
messaging, and tracking.
• Oversee campaign rollouts, monitoring delivery quality and timelines.
• Manage multiple campaigns concurrently in a fast-paced environment.
Performance Monitoring & Optimisation
• Track campaign performance against agreed KPIs including engagement, conversions,
ROI, and CAC.
• Optimise campaigns in-flight based on analytics and performance data.
• Collaborate with Performance Marketing and Data teams to improve targeting,
attribution, and outcomes.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
• Work with Creative teams to develop campaign concepts, creatives, and content.
• Liaise with Sales and Business teams to support revenue-led campaigns, promotions,
and partnerships.
• Coordinate with external vendors, agencies, or partners where required.
Budget Management
• Manage and track campaign budgets to ensure cost efficiency and maximum ROI.
• Monitor spend against performance and flag risks or variances proactively.
• Support forecasting and cost planning for upcoming campaigns.
Reporting & Insights
• Prepare regular campaign performance reports for internal stakeholders.
• Conduct post-campaign reviews, documenting learnings and recommendations.
• Maintain accurate campaign documentation and records.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
• Campaign delivery (on time, on budget, on brief)
• Campaign ROI and conversion performance
• Customer acquisition and engagement metrics
• Cost efficiency metrics (CAC, CPA, CPM)
• Quality and timeliness of reporting and insights
• Effectiveness of optimisation and continuous improvement

Qualifications & Experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
• Minimum of 3–5 years’ experience in campaign management or integrated marketing
roles
• Proven experience managing multi-channel marketing campaigns
• Experience within fintech, payments, digital services, or high-growth environments is
an advantage
• Familiarity with campaign analytics, CRM platforms, and marketing performance tools
